  1. What’s in these terms?
    1. These terms tell any user (“you”, “your”, the “User”, and collectively the “Users”) the rules for using our application [DOORLY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ] (“Doorly”).

  2. Who we are and how to contact us
    1. Doorly is an application operated by DOORLY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("we", “us”, “our”). We are registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the “ADGM”) as a private company limited by shares under company number 31028 and have our registered office at Office 3801, Addax Port Office Tower, Al Reem Island, ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

  3. By using DOORLY you accept these terms
    1. By using Doorly or any of the services offered by us in connection with Doorly Technologies LTD (the “Services”), you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
    2. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Doorly.
    3. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

  4. There are other terms that may apply to you
    1. These terms refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of Doorly:
      • Our Privacy Policy. See further under how we may use your personal information.
      • Our Community Guidelines, which sets out the requirements for all Users of Doorly in order to preserve and maintain the quality of our Services in providing you with a premium social media experience. When using Doorly, you must comply with these Community Guidelines.

  5. We may make changes to these terms
    1. We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use Doorly, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 23 September 2025.

  6. We may make changes to Doorly
    1. We may update and change Doorly from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our Users' needs and our business priorities or otherwise at our discretion and in compliance with applicable laws. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.

  7. We may suspend or withdraw Doorly
    1. Doorly is made available free of charge.
    2. We do not guarantee that Doorly, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of Doorly for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
    3. You are also responsible for ensuring that all Users and/or persons who access Doorly through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

  8. We may transfer this agreement to someone else
    1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

  9. Doorly is only for use in the Permitted Territories
    1. Doorly is directed to people residing in UAE (the “Permitted Territories”). We do not represent that content available on or through Doorly is appropriate for use or available in other locations. 

  10. You must keep your account details safe
    1. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
    2. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
    3. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].

  11. How you may use material on Doorly
    1. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Doorly, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
    2. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from Doorly for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on Doorly.
    3. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
    4. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on Doorly must always be acknowledged (except where the content is User-generated).
    5. You must not use any part of the content on Doorly for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
    6. If you print off, copy, download, share or repost any part of Doorly in breach of these terms of use, your right to use Doorly will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

  12. No text or data mining, or web scraping
    1. You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to Doorly or any of the Services. This includes using (or permitting, authorising or attempting the use of):
      1. Any "robot", "bot", "spider", "scraper" or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of the application or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same.
      2. Any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information which includes but is not limited to patterns, trends and correlations.
    2. The provisions in this clause should be treated as an express reservation of our rights in this regard, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790) and any rights available pursuant to applicable laws.
    3. This clause shall not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.
    4. Doorly, its content and any Services provided in relation to the same are only targeted to, and intended for use by, individuals located the Permitted Territories. By continuing to access, view or make use of Doorly, the Services, and/or any related content and services, you hereby warrant and represent to us that you are located in a Permitted Territory. If you are not located in a Permitted Territory, you must immediately discontinue use of this application and any related content and services.

  13. Do not rely on information on this application
    1. The content on Doorly is provided for general information only and as part of the Services provided by us on Doorly. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on Doorly.
    2. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on Doorly, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on Doorly is accurate, complete or up to date.

  14. We are not responsible for websites and/or URLs we link to
    1. Where Doorly contains links to other websites, URLs and/or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites and/or URLs or information you may obtain from them.
    2. We have no control over the contents of those websites, URLs or resources.

  15. User-generated content is not approved by us
    1. Doorly may include information and materials uploaded by other Users of the application, including to social media pages, video-sharing websites, bulletin boards, chat rooms, and other platforms. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on Doorly do not represent our views or values.

  16. How to complain about or report content
    1. If you become aware of any material that could comprise or be connected to child sexual abuse or exploitation or that could comprise terrorist content or be connected to terrorism, please contact us immediately on [email protected].
    2. If you wish to complain about any other content, please contact us on [email protected].

  17. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
    1. Whether you are a consumer or a business user:
      1. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
      2. Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any Services and/or any products in connection with Doorly to you, as may be governed by these terms, our other policies, and any separate contracts or arrangements entered into between us and you in your use of such Services and/or products in connection with Doorly.
    2. If you are a business user:
      1. We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to Doorly or any content on it.
      2. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
        1. use of, or inability to use, Doorly, the Services and/or any products in connection with Doorly; or
        2. use of or reliance on any content displayed on Doorly.
        3. In particular, we will not be liable for:
        4. loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
        5. business interruption;
        6. loss of anticipated savings;
        7. loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
        8. any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
    3. If you are a consumer user:
      1. Please note that we only provide Doorly for domestic and private use. You agree not to use[Doorly for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
      2. If defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

  18. How we may use your personal information
    1. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

  19. Uploading content to Doorly
    1. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to Doorly, or to make contact with other Users of Doorly or persons who may otherwise have access to Doorly, you must comply with the content standards set out in these terms and any other policies referenced herein.
    2. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
    3. Any content you upload to Doorly will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of Doorly, to the extent required for us to provide you and other users with the Services or as otherwise agreed by you, a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. The rights you license to us are described in Rights you are giving us to use material you upload.
    4. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to Doorly constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights or of their right to privacy.
    5. We have the right to remove any posting you make on Doorly if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in any of our policies, including these terms and the Community Guidelines.
    6. If you wish to contact us in relation to content you have uploaded to Doorly and that we have taken down, please contact [email protected].
    7. You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
    8. You must not upload any material that could incite a terrorist offence, solicit any person to participate in terrorist activities, provide instruction on any method or technique for committing a terrorist offence or threaten to commit a terrorist offence.
    9. You must not upload any material in contravention of the applicable laws of your respective jurisdiction or any applicable laws which may apply against you.

  20. Rights you are giving us to use material you upload
    1. When you upload or post content to Doorly, you grant us the following rights to use that content:
      1. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User-generated content in connection with the Services and across different media, including to promote [Doorly] and/or the Services;
      2. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence for other Users, partners or advertisers to use the content in accordance with the functionality of [Doorly] and to the extent required for us to provide you and other users with the Services or as otherwise agreed by you.

  21. We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
    1. We do not guarantee that Doorly will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
    2. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, programmes and platform to access Doorly. Where applicable, you should use your own virus protection software.
    3. You must not misuse Doorly by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Doorly, the server on which Doorly is stored or any server, computer, device or database connected to Doorly. You must not attack Doorly via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the laws of your respective Jurisdiction. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use Doorly will cease immediately.

  22. Rules about linking to Doorly
    1. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
    2. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
    3. You must not establish a link to Doorly in any website and/or URL that is not owned by you.
    4. Doorly must not be framed on any other website and/or application, nor may you create a link to any part of Doorly other than the home page.
    5. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
    6. The website and/or application in which you are linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in these terms, our Community Guidelines and/or any of our policies.
    7. If you wish to link to or make any use of content on Doorly other than that set out above, please contact [email protected].

  23. Restrictions on use of the Services
    1. Preserving the community which we continue to build on Doorly is imperative, and we therefore prohibit all Users from exercising any of the following acts:
      1. Committing identity fraud and/or in any way impersonating other people or providing inaccurate information. Although Users are not obliged to disclose their identity on their personal accounts on Doorly, all Users must provide us with certain personal information for purposes of registration. This information must remain accurate and up-to-date in order for Users to continue to use any of the Services we provide on Doorly, and may include personal information about Users which we require. In any case, it is strictly prohibited, subject to legal action, for any User to impersonate a person or an entity or commit fraud any other manner, unless such User has obtained the relevant express authorisations and permissions from the person or entity;
      2. Committing any unlawful act, including acts which comprise misrepresentation, fraud or any other illegal act for yourself, for another person, including acts committed for an illegal or unauthorized purpose;
      3. Violating these Terms or any other terms, policies and/or conditions we set in place with respect to our provision of the Services and Doorly. This includes helping, encouraging and/or directly causing others to commit such violating;
      4. Attempting the creation of accounts or accessing or collecting information in an unauthorized way, including automated data collection without our express permission;
      5. You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the service. This includes misusing any reporting, dispute or appeals channel, such as by making fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals;
      6. Using domain names and/or URLs in your username without our prior written consent;
      7. Reverse-engineering any of our Services, any aspects of Doorly, or any other products and Services we provide, or otherwise modifying, translating, or creating derivative works in connection with the same;
      8. Selling, licensing or purchasing any account(s) and/or data obtained from us, Doorly, the Services, and/or any other products or services provided by us. This includes attempts to buy, sell or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username); solicit, collect or use login credentials or badges of other users; or request or collect Doorly]usernames, passwords or misappropriate access tokens; and
      9. Posting, without our express written consent, any information which is private or information to other persons or entities, including intellectual property rights. In posting any content on [Doorly], each User warrants and represents that such User owns such content, or otherwise that all necessary rights with respect to such content have been duly secured. For the avoidance of doubt, intellectual property rights violations here include copyright infringements, trademark infringements, counterfeit or pirated goods, and any other breaches of intellectual property rights which may arise pursuant to the applicable laws in User territories and/or jurisdictions in which the Services are provided.

  24. Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
    1. If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the substantial laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and we both agree that the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
    2. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the courts of Dubai.
